Membership Plans

Who is our plan for?

Our plan is designed for our registered patients who wish to attend the practice on a regular basis and have peace of mind that their preventive dental care is covered.

How do you join our plan?

Once you have had your initial New Patient appointment, and any necessary dental treatment has been completed, we will contact you for a routine examination after one year; if, at this appointment, you are ’dentally fit’ (don’t require any further treatment), you may choose to join our Membership Plan. Just let us know, at your annual examination, that you wish to become a Plan Member and the Membership level (Bronze, Silver or Gold*) and we will send you a link to complete. An initial registration fee of £10 per person will be payable by you to DPAS and will be included in your first Direct Debit payment.
If you choose to leave the plan for any reason you can do so by simply giving us one month’s notice.

What do our plans include?

Bronze costs £11.00 per month & covers:

• Two dental health examinations per year (including x-rays, scaling)
• 10% discount on treatment

Silver costs £21.00 per month & covers:

• Two dental health examinations per year (including x-rays, scaling)
• 20% discount on treatment

Gold costs £32.00 per month & covers:

• Two dental health examinations per year (including x-rays, scaling)
• All necessary treatment

All plans also cover:

• Routine oral cancer screening
• Diet and oral hygiene advice
• Membership card with 24 hour helpline numbers for dental emergencies at home or abroad
• Eligibility to request assistance from the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme

The monthly plan cost includes the charges for management and administration payable by you to DPAS.
Treatment not covered by the plan can be paid for separately.
